EVO Power achieves ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 certification
In January 2022, EVO Power Pty Ltd achieved ISO certification as audited by Global Management Certification.
EVO Power was certified for:
- ISO 9001:2015: Quality Management System Standard (view certificate)
- ISO 14001:2015: Environmental Management System Standard (view certificate)
- ISO 45001:2018: Safety Management System Standard (view certificate)
Each certification is for the scope of “design, integrate and manufacture hardware and software solutions for the renewable and electricity markets”.
Anyone who has been through this quality assurance process will know the time and detail required to reach this certification and we are proud of our entire team for working hard to meet the required standards.
Why are quality management systems important to EVO Power?
As an organisation with a vision to lead the renewable energy industry with world class energy technology solutions, it is vital we have quality management systems that increase performance, consistency and productivity, and also manages risks.
Essentially, we want to ensure everyone within our organisation is clear with processes and guidelines that ensure excellence in every department and level of our business.
With these internal processes documented within clear internationally recognised frameworks, we ensure the solutions and service we deliver to the marketplace are as promised; and that we continue to deliver this standard into the future regardless of operational changes.
Why was it important for us to undertake the process of certification to ISO standards?
Being certified to the global standards of ISO was important to EVO Power to demonstrate our commitment to delivering world class solutions.
“We are proud to now be ISO certified. This means our locally designed solutions and business are now measured against globally recognised standards. This ensure detailed traceability and continual improvement of our processes and products.”
~ Jamie Allen, EVO Power Managing Director
What does this mean for EVO Power?
Now we have been recognised as having world standard systems in place, the team at EVO Power will continue to grow and improve our technology solutions within the energy storage space. We also look forward to working more closely with state and federal governments within Australia to help facilitate the country’s move towards renewable energy resources before we move to international markets.
