the EVO Power journey and their products.

EVO Power is a Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) innovation company that designs and commercialises turnkey power systems for Commercial, Industrial and Utility scale projects.

The high-performance BESS are engineered, assembled and pre-tested locally here in the BBP before being delivered to clients’ industrial or commercial facilities such as hospitals, schools, factories, shopping centres or Government buildings.

The Battery solutions have been designed and tested to operate in some of the harshest environments that Australia has to offer. And all EVO Power systems come with advanced software systems that can be remotely monitored and programmed.

Many systems are also Virtual Power Plant (VPP) ready, this means that owners of systems may opt-in to sell their stored energy to electricity retailers providing further financial benefits whilst also supporting the energy grid.

Personally, as a non-expert in this area, EVO Power explained the technical components and how they customise the scalable BESS requirements to each business in an easy to understand fashion.
