Supporting sustainable business
BaySwater Businesses Precinct is leading the way when it comes to energy efficiency.

A recent Clean Energy Event, hosted in partnership with Solar Savers and local business EVO Power, provided businesses in the eastern region with the information they need to reduce their carbon footprint.
Bayswater Business Precinct Coordinator, Amy Harris, said the event provided an opportunity for businesses, big and small, to learn simple changes they could make to their business operations – that are not only good for the planet, but also create cost-savings.
“EVO Power is just one of our local small businesses that are working in the sustainability space. They are producing world-class energy storage systems right here in Bayswater. At the event they explained how other businesses could make the switch to batteries over other less-sustainable power options,” Amy said.
“Solar Savers also explained the solar options available to business owners, which can help to future-proof against increasing energy costs, and support a transition to clean, renewable energy.”
There are a number of state and federal government initiatives currently available to provide advice for businesses to access energy efficient upgrades and financial assistance.
